Chain convey, the convey speed is adjustable.

The springs are loaded by workers manually, the painting process is finished automatically.

Total length is 30m, (feeding segment is 2m, 1# painting room is 2m, turning segment is 2m,2#paiting room is 2 m, surface dry segment and unloading segment is 22m).

There is no baking system, dry naturally.

Closed painting room (the room will be made by buyer), negative pressure is adopted, there is filter at the air suction mouth, it is easy to clean.

After painting one side,after painting the back surface, then automatically turn and to paint the front.

The paint is qualified for the surface will dry in 20min under nature temperature.

The painting room size: inside width 3000mm, height 1300mm.

Two chains convey mode, the distance between two chains is 350mm, the operating height is 700mm.
