1.Furnace body

The outer wall of furnace is welded by steel plate,which thicker is more than 3mm,side and back column adopt shape steel.

2.Furnace lining

The furnace wall lining materials isfully fiber material,adopts the high quality aluminum silicate refractory fiber,the installation thickness of heat preservation material isn’t less than 300mm.The furnace bottom lining is divided into supporting course and thermal-protective coating,supporting course adopts heavy brick in order to ensure the compressive strength,thermal-protective coating has two layers,the first layer is diatomite brick,and the second is light clay brick,so that ensure that the heat insulation effects.

3.Furnace door

The furnace door is made of full fiber lining and steel shell structure,lining matrial is fiber folded piece,the shell of furnace door is welded shaping plate,ensure that the whole framework is not deformation in the heating conditions,solid durable and long service life.

4.Electrical heating device

Heating element heater adopts high quality high-resistance alloy material 0Cr27Al7Mo2.

5.Temperature control and recording system

Temperature control adopts multi zoning and control section,to ensure the stability of the temperature control and the accuracy of the record.
