PbO Production Process

Inspection before producing

Heating

1. Firstly, heating oxidation furnace, when the temperature rise to 300°C,start oxidation transmission, and at the same time start shut fan to prevent overheating deformation. When the temperature rise to 450°Cthan start warming dissolve lead furnace and the temperature debugging to 450°C .

2. When oxidation furnace temperature achieved front furnace 620°Cand 600°Cbehind. (Note: Generally, the temperature often set at front 650°Cand 620 behind .).When dissolve lead furnace temperature reach 500°C,start warming pulverizing furnace.

3. The general heating way for pulverizing furnace is fame heating. When diesel warms up, actuate induced draft fan and open the fold valve on the pulverizing furnace, in case of the fire sucked into pulse, also for pulverizing furnace warming up and thermal insulation. Then start pulverizing transmission motor and begin to heating. Packing the fire dishes in the vent of pulverizing furnace, then ignition and heating.

4. When pulverizing furnace temperature rises around 380°C400°C,then add lead. How many lead should be added is according to the size of pulverizing furnace, generally, 1.2 meters’ furnace add 70 80kilograms. In addition, you can also make decision through seeing the size of pulverizing furnace motor current. After adding lead, stop flame heating and the temperature of the pulverizing furnace begin to decline. After a cooling process, when it dropped to 270°C to280°C, it may has a process of temperature rising, now lead water has in milling exothermic. At the same time, pulverizing motor current gets bigger, at this time, you can adjust fold valves of pulverizing furnace and pipelines well. After adjusting well, pulverizing motor current gets down and the temperature of furnace balances in 270°C 280°C, it proved that oxygen has existed into the cyclone and pulse, and now it is normal, you can also can add lead under normal production, meanwhile actuate all transmission.

Cooling crushing

1. When crush the PbO, the temperature can not be high, otherwise it will produce PbO2.

2. Crushing products with visual to check whether reach mesh. (General for 180 meshes, according to buyer’ request), if not, then should check sieve.

The shut fan should be opened when the temperature of oxidation furnace rises to 360°C.
