Introduction

ZBJ series Biomass Briquette Machine is a reliable way to make profit from agro-forestry wastes. This machine can produce hollow hexagonal or quadrangular cylinder briquettes with different diameters from agro-forestry wastes, such assawdust,wood chips,branches,crop stalks,wheat straw,maize straw,sugarcane residue,coffee husk,paddy straw,sunflower stalk,cotton stalks,bamboo dust,palm husk,soybeans husk,tea waste, etc.

Soft-start power distribution cabinet. It can protect the motor effectively.
The molding part is made of wear-resisting cast ball mill iron. It essentially increases the equipment's service life.
The material of our propellers is 45 standard steel. And we adopt the alloy high wear-resisting technology in the easy-to-wear part; the service life is 5-7days.
Our briquette machines have great safety shield and automatic cutter. You can get safe production in the real operation. The cutter can cut the briquettes to the suitable length you need.

The length of finished briquette can be controlled and changed according to your requirements.

Finished briquettes can be used to heat boiler, fireplace etc., for warm in house. It can be used as charcoal powder briquette machine by replacement of some spare parts.
