LDHCY Series Medicine Packing production Line is composed of LDPPY Series Beries packing Machine(optional models:LDPPY250,350,260H2,260K and LDPHY190),On-line Camera Inspection System, Automatic Cartoning Machine (LZHY90,120 and LZHY200),S2 Series Automatic Weighing Machine,Film Wrapping Machine(or Shrink Packing Machine)and Encasing Machine.The production line can achieve automatic packing of medicines,and thus tremendously increases working efficiency and reduces production costs.It can also effectively avoid cross contamination,whish is in compliance with GMP requirements.

The production line completes automatically the process of blister packing, inspection of missing tablets, rejection of damaged tablets,automaic folding of leaflets, inserting the leaflets with blisters and then weighing on-line. After weighing, the finished cartins are weapped by thermo-shrinking film and encased automatically.
