1.When you choose laser machine , you should tell us some information

a. what materials you will produce by our machine . Usually can divide into metal and non-metal

b.what is your max working area . We have 400*400mm , 300*500mm , 600*900 mm , 1200*900 mm , 1600*1300,1300*2500 ,1500*3000mm and so on .Of course , if you need others size , we can customize for you .

c.The thickness of your materials you want to cut ; or the depth you want to engrave .Because the power of laser tube is upto your materials' thickness .

2.If you need us to help you to look for shipping company , please tell us your port .

3.Our standard voltage is 220v single phase , or 380v 3ph ; if your voltage is different from ours , we can add transformer for you

4.How long is the delivery time?
For standard machines, it would be 10 working days; For non-standard machines and customized machines according to client s specific requirements, it would be 15 to 30 days.

5.How about the documents after shipment?

After shipment, we ll send all original documents to you by DHL, including Packing List, Commercial Invoice, B/L, and other certificates as required by clients

6.How is the packing?

7. How to pay to you?

T/T in advance or by ESCROW . We can accept 30% deposit , and balance paid to us before delivery machine to you
