Description

2. Advantages

1). The angle of granulation disk adopts the whole round arc structure, which can make sure the rate of granulation is up to 93% and even above it.

2). Granulation disk has three discharging holes which are convenient for intermittent production, thus can greatly

reduce the labor intensity and improve working efficiency.

3). Driven by flexible belt, the retarder and electromotor start stable, which decrease the impulse force and lengthen

the life-span of the equipment.

4). The bottom of granulating disk was strengthened by many radiation steel-plates, which is firm, durable and never distortion.

5). The thickened, weighted and firm base can run stably without the holding down bolts to fix.

6). The main gear of granulation is hardened by high frequency quenching, which makes its service life doubled than

before.
