utility:

This kind of 2 roller cold rolling machine is used tomaking different specification rebar.

working principle of cold rolling machine:

First reduces the diameter of the hot rolled wire steel bars, and then makes ribs on bars by cold rolling mill.

The milling machine can make the steel barHRB335,HRB400 and HRB500as your requirement. The final productions are 2 ribbed rebar or 3 ribbed rebar.

small type (mean the inlet diameter belowΦ10mm) ,

medium-sized (mean the inlet diameter belowΦ12mm)

The final product are 2 ribs or 3 ribs deformed steel bar in circular shape or in line shape.

The whole set of cold rolling machines were composed with:

1. Pay-off machine

2. Dephosphorization (detach the scale) and sinking mill (the first time to roll) at the first time

3. Rolling mill

4. Straightening machine

5. Heat treatment (in consideration of you need a low strength close to 500 MPA, we add this machine to strengthen the steel extensibility)

6. Cutting machine (the cutting length on the basis of your set , its speed 1.5-3m/s,it can cut below 12mm or 10mm reinforced steel bar, the final production in line shape)

Or wire re-winding machine (the final productions are in circular shape)

7. Flick rack (most of them we have sold are 9 meters or 12 meters long, of course we can produce according to your requirement). Its automatic, the power is1.5 KW.

8 Synthetically control panel.

The line speed can be 3m/s.

automatic:

This set of machine is automatic, only need two or three man, one is to control the synthetically control panel, the second is to weld steel coil and bundle the final productions.
