2.4 Installation:

We offer a whole set of machine. Customers just need to assemble cooling tower(all needed accessories are provided) and connect it to condenser, then supply normal water to cooling tower, supply ice making water to water tank and supply power to the electrical control box.

2.5 Operation (fully automatic):

After the machine is installed, you just need to press the button on PLC control panel to start the machine.

3. Packing and storing of ice cubes:

First, step on the footswitch, ice cubes will drop out from ice outlet into plastic bags; move your foot from the switch, ice will stop dropping out.

Second, use electrical scale to weigh each bag.

Third, use sealing machine to seal bags.

Finally, put bags into refrigerator or cold room for storage.
