Large capacity iron ore briquette machine

Brief introduction:

This machine uses two rollers to squeeze the raw materials into the final briquettes. The machine features high pressure which can help the briquettes forming and increases the density, hardness and strength of the final briquettes. This can improve the grade of the final briquettes and they are easy to transport and store.

Rollers are the most important part of the machine. Our rollers are made of 9Cr2Mo or 65Mn. Such materials can improve the hardness, strength and toughness of the rollers. So they are endurable and have long application life.

We also the stainless steal rollers for your reference. Usually we need to add some chemical binder to the raw materials and the binders cause corrosion to the rollers. Stainless steal rollers are corrosion resistant.

Raw materials:

A wide range of metal, mineral powder and coal, charcoal, and coke. Size should be less than 3mm and moisture should be less than 15%.

Size of the briquettes can be from 30-50mm(popular in the market). Shapes can be oval, ball, oblate and pillow. Also we can design the rollers to satisfy your special demands.
