Large capacity biomass straw briquette production line for fuel

Brief introduction:

The briquette machine can press a variety of wood and agricultural waste products into the bio fuel energy briquettes. The shape can be square and hexagon. Diameter of the briquettes can be 50-90mm and the length can be adjusted.

There are some requirements for the raw materials. The size needs to be less than 5mm and moisture needs to be less than 15%. If you use several kinds of materials, it is ok if they are mixed evenly.

Our line is to pretreat the raw materials so that they can be used for briquette making and selling. Following I will make a brief introduction of the line.

Processes involved:

It has the crushing, drying, mixing, briquette making and packing process. We have the crusher and hammer mill to reduce the size. The hot air dryer can reduce the moisture.

Our briquette machine is the screw type machine. It uses the screw propeller to press the raw materials to briquettes. After that, you can use our packing machine to cool the briquettes and pack them in bags.

Advantages of our line:

Highly automated. Between every process, there is the screw conveyor to transport the materials to next process. It has an electric cabinet to control all the processes.
