Vibrating Feeder Features:

1.It has small volume, light weight, simple structure and low cost. It is also easy to operate.
2.It has four types: general type, sealed type, pipe type and automatic speed type.
General type is widely used for no special requirement of general feeding.
Sealed type is rectangular closed structure and is used for heavy dust.
Pipe type is used for brittle particle, heavy pollution and volatile material.

Introduction:

GZG Series Vibrating Feeder is compose of feed trough, vibration motor and vibration reduction system, etc.. This series of vibrating feeder, which use the vibration motor as its source, makes the two and same vibrating motor which fixes on the feed rough to do the same opposite direction from the synchronous rotating. The eccentric block ,which the vibrating motor rotates, do the rotation moment along the throw. It make the body of bearing on the absorber do the vertical vibration, then make the material which has been thrown up at same time do vertical movement. After the material drop in the feed trough ,move quickly in order to achieve the purpose of transportation of materials.

Application:

GZG Series feeder is suitable for rapiding storage silos and hoppers or continuous uniformly discharging the material handling device. It is widely used in powder metallurgy, chemicals, fertilizers, abrasives, pharmaceuticals, food, ceramics, coal, , refractories, building materials and other industries.
GZG Series feeder by adjusting the vibration of the motor excitation force can be easily changed to the feedrate, the structure can be divided into open and closed. If you transport the corrosive materials,you must ues the stainless steel material contact parts .Installation can be divided into-block and hanging. We can also do the special design as our clients requirement.
