VERTICAL DOUBLE END TENONER

1. Vertical double end tenoner has ten pcs knife shaft which can rotate by different angles according to requirements.

2. The transportation chain adopts bearing type structure. The chain track is composed of special material and adopts big flow clean blower structure to ensure and add the tracks cleaning. It makes the machine ensure the precision of floor processing .

3. The knifepoint press plate adopts Germany imported film clamp gasbag and spray oil air spring device . It can reduce the nick on the flooring surface.

4. Double end tenoners adjusting sizes adopt digital gauge display and each knife shaft installed dial indicator. Electrical control operation box adopts CRT touch screen including many operation interface such as floor processing expert program, third class maintenance , trouble sourcing etc ).

HORIZONTAL DOUBLE END TENONER

1. Horizontal double end tenoners width adjusting structure adopts double guide track & double ball bearing silk pole structure which will be good for ensuring the precision of width adjusting.

2. Horizontal double end tenoner adopts high precision & double chain track and in-phase & continuous feeding .The feeding is quick and high efficient and precise. When the speed of feeding is 25m/min, it can meet feeding speed 80m/min for vertical double end tenoner . During process of feeding, the floor and the chain track do not have not relative move and the moving is in-phase so that it will not have any nick on the floor surface .
