This machine is capable to remove skin from meat and also make fillets from it. The machine is equipped with conveyor belts for the supply and removal of meat. These are easily folded and removed to assist the cleaning and washing of the model.

All surfaces are smooth for easy cleaning and better hygiene levels. The machine comes with a lever, that adjusts the thickness of the final product, during the skinning/cut. The machine can operate with two (2) working speeds.
