1.Lab Spray dryerApplication

Lab spray dryer is a wide applied process in liquid process shaping and drying industry. Particularly it is suitable for producing powder, granule or block solid product from solution, emulsion, suspending liquid and pumped paste liquid. Therefore when the distribution of granule size, final moisture, bulk density, granule shape of finished product must be conformed to accuracy standard, the spray drying is an ideal process.

It's widely used in foodstuff, pharmceutical and chemical industry, such as egg

powder, amino acid product, protein, pork blood powder, flavouring, pectin,

herbal extract, pigment, and washing-powder etc.

2. Lab spray dryer'working principle

Lab spray dryer's working principle is, After filtering and heating, the fresh air enter into the air distributor at the top of drying tower, distributed in spiral form uniformly. At the same time, the material liquid sucked by pump, and convey to the top atomizer, then spray to extremely fine mist liquid drop. Through the short time of contacting with hot air, the material moisture evaporated at once, so dried into final product. The finished product will be discharged continuously from the bottom of drying tower, and collected in the product tank in the bottom of cyclone separator. The waste air will be discharged outside by exhaust fan automatically.

3. Lab spray dryer's characteristic function:

Quick drying speed, the surface area of material liquid through atomizing is increased greatly. In hot air stream, 95% to 98% of moisture can be evaporated at the moment. Especially suit for drying thermal sensitive material.

The product made by the machine has good uniformity, fluidity, solubility, high pure, and high quality.

The productive process is simple and the operation, control is very convenient. For liquid containing 40 ~ 60% of damp(for special material, may be 90%), it can be dried to powder product through drying one time. After dried, it is not necessary to crush, sieve. So it reduces productive procedure and raises the purity of product. For the size, bulk density and moisture of product can be adjusted within certain scope through exchanging operation condition. The control and management are very convenient.
