Application ofgantry crane 20 ton

L type single beam gantry crane is matched with trolley, a kind of track travelling mid-light type crane. It is ideal for outdoor applications where lifting facilities are provided without the cost of a building or any supporting steelwork. Feature Description ofgantry crane 20 ton

1. Mechanical feature.

1) Double welding box girder, DIN/FEM standard deflection, Soft starter, Variable speed through VVF Drive.
2) Material Q235B or Q345B. (Similar to the international steel Fe360 or Fe520)
3) Whole length CNC cutting for complete web plate, high deflection accuracy.
4) High quality automatic welding and NDT inspection.
5) Shot-blasting Sa2.5 for complete girder after welding, stress release.
6) Epoxy zinc rich high quality painting, 2x2 with 140μm.
7) 10.9 class High tension bolts mounting between girder and legs, life time safe connection.
8) Double flanged or flat wheels, anti-friction bearings, cellular buffers, derailment protectors.
9) Full length service platform along the crane bridge is supplied, where it is equipped with protective hand railing and toe strips.

2. Electrification and outfitting

1) Conductor power supply.
2) Phase control guard opens the main contactor in case of phase failure.
3) All hoist and crane movements are independent and can be run simultaneously.
