Usage of machine:It is able tomold rigid fabric cup ( non stretch fabric )and alsoelastic fabric cup and space fabricetc. As it uses conical shaped moulds with adjustable molding depth, so it can mold elastic fabric toget suitable cup shape for matching the foam cup shape for stitching & sewingthem together.
Merits:Machine equipped withair cylinder pressing platesand convinient to control fabric tension andreduce and avoid fabric pulling while molding.
Capacity:Machine is able to load one set ofbullet head aluminum mold with 2 cavities, which can produce 1 pair of fabric cupper cycle within molding time 35 to 45 seconds.
