1. Power Unit: this engineering rig adopts double speed variable motor and reducing machanism. The checkout gear reaches following capability: Max. rotary speed is 20r/min; max. torque is 210KN.m;drilling diameter is 300mm; it can bear the lifting capacity of 150t and can tilt 45degree for disaddembling the drilling rod conveniently; and it can realize gas lift counter circulation construction.
2.Guide Body: it can bear the torque of 210kN.m;and tilt 20 degree to go down.
3.Bottom Plate:it can go down the drilling bit of 305m. Well top board can bear the weight of the whole set of the drilling tool. It can set up drilling rod sinker wheel machine.
4. Drilling Tool System: it is composed of drilling head, gas cell drilling rod, additional weight, drilling rod, centralizer and standard drill rod. The diameter of through hole is 300mm.
5. Hydraulic System: the main loop adopts three pumps double motors. This system is composed of three electrical machine drives of Y280S-4. The motor power is 75kW. Rotary speed is 1480r/min: one of the pump set drives two lift cylinder hoisting power units and drilling tool in lifting loop. The maneuver of other oil cylinder and drilling rod sinker wheel machine assists oil cylinder to drive.
6. Automatic Checkout System: it can reflect deep drilling effect visually.
