Kraft paper roll slitting and rewinding machine

Application

Suitable for slitting various OPP, PET, CPP, PVC(hard), PP shrink film, paper, release paper,

electroplating paper, \aluminum foil paper, cellophane, self-adhesive label paper, aluminum foil,

copper foil, carbon tape, unwoven cloth, ribbon.

Features

1. Main Motor: Driven by connective 3 A.C motors, 1 for web rewind tension control which automatically, increasing toque on the rewind shafts when the finished roll O.D is getting bigger.

2. Rewind Device: Horizontal control on rewind shaft arm is by air automatic adjustable; contacting pressure can be set on request.

3. Electricity Device: Control panel with LCD touch screen for setting tension, length etc. Central control system is as PLC unit and on maintenance it can be communicated with our computer by telecom line for instant check and service.

4. Using double surface type roller by air control can get smooth material and deduct the noisy, (For adhesive material).

5. Optional Rewind Device: Pick-down lift driven by motor, which can save time and reduce, wasted material.

6. Unwind Base: Separated type with hydraulic core chuck can be equipped for efficient and quick Performance on jumbo roll change.

Optional Parts

1. Unwind Pick-Up Lift: For loading jumbo roll on the machine quickly and time saving.

2. Noise Reduction Hood: For attenuating the production sound when the machine is running.

3. Slitting Device: Able to be equipped with air score knife and trim removable unit for trimming at both sides and wide size slitting.

4. LPC Device: Automatic line position control system can get good cutting product.
