KIXIO electric chain hoist comprises of compact aluminum Alloys cast body. Overall slip ring clutch is provided for assured safety. High gloss anti-corrosive coated finish enhances the aesthetic beauty of the product. Inbuilt control panel and ergonomically designed pendant control. Swiveling bottom hook provides free rotation during handling of loads. Precision machined and case hardened alloy steel Gears and Load chain wheel ensures long life and noise less operation. Gears are made out of Nickel-Chrome alloy steel duly hobbled and hardened. A wide surface of gears ensures long life. Totally enclosed squirrel cage induction motors specially made for hoist duty with high starting torque and suitable for frequent starts/stops. Heavy duty electromagnetic disc type fail safe spare A.C. /D.C. brakes are provided.

The high strength alloy on the components and and parts is going through multiple special technology for heating processing, so that it is high-strength and good abrasion performance. The up and bottom hooks of KIXIO hoist are made of high-strength alloy too,which is good in ductility cause of strengthen heating processing, it means even the hoist is damaged by overload, the hook will only been plastic distorted and never been brittle fractured.
