1.Application:

this machine is suitable inpharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, foodstuffindustry ,etc.

2.Principles:

with heating resource of electricity, it can dry and sterilize. Parallel flow of internal hot air to ensure hot air in effective space Operating temperature is up to automatically operating temperature.

2.1. The hot sources can besteam , heat conducting oil, hot water, electricity, far infrared, or stem plus electricity. Customers can select one of the heat ways in accordance with practical conditions.

2.2. Temperature of operation : from room temperature to 140 for steam, Maximum temperature will be 150

2.3.For electricity or far infrared : from room temperature to350 deg C

2.4. There are automatic and computer control systems for customers selection

2.5.The normal pressure of steam will be 0.2-0.8Mpa(2-8kg)

2.6. The equipped power of electric heater will be 15kw calculated with Model 1 and the practicality power to used will be 5-8kw/h

2.7.If you have special requirement, please indicate it in order.

2.8.The price of non-standard oven shall be discussed additionally.

2.9. If the operation temperature is more than 140 or less than 60, please indicate it in order.

2.10. The size of drying trolly and tray is standardized. They can be exchanged each other.
