A complete set of oxygen plant is composed by air filter, air compressor, pre-cooler( pre-cooling system), molecular sieve purifier(purifying system), fractionating column, turbo expander, instrument control.

3.Process Flow Description:

KDON-1200/2500cryogenic oxygen plant adopts a complete low-pressure process, which produces pure oxygen and nitrogen from air by cryogenic rectification. The feed air is liquefied by the refrigeration group and then rectified on the basis of the different boiling points between liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen. As a result, oxygen is produced at a purity of over 99.6% and nitrogen at a purity of over 99.99%. If necessary, the plant can also produce liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen partially by means of modified operation.
