JYS vibration swing screen

Swing screen’s design is high efficient screening machine for meeting great production, high density of screening. It is the most effective to imitate artificial screening principle. Screening precision and efficiency, sieve life is 5-10 times of normal circular screen. It is suitable to fine and superfine power and particulate material.

Structure principle

1. The basic turning motion is similar to artificial screening.
2. Every material’s residence time can be adjusted by radial direction and direction of cutting angle to drive shaft.
3. Three-dimensional tumbling motion. Materials disperse evenly from the center to outer on the screen surface. So as to complete entire screening process of small particles.
4. The big particles are transported to the exit. It has an adjustable guiding device to control flow. The guiding device also is a factor to control residence time of materials.

1. Screening efficiency reaches 90%-95%.
2. Use silicone or rubber ball and ultrasonic and other efficient clean net device system.
