JXD-1Cap Sterilizer is an equipment for drinking water production, which use the ultraviolet radiation and ozone to disinfect the caps which stored in the machine. Tow-door special design, more scientific and good appearance. Put the caps in one side and get them out in the other side. The problem of secondary pollution solved and more convenient for the customers.

UV germicidal lamp is one of the mercury lamp. the mercury atoms can emit different wavelength spectrum when transition. The power of 253.7µm spectrum can destroy virus, which reach the purpose of sterilization. The 185 µm spectrum can generate ozone in their air and the ozone can reach the effect of sterilization and removing odor; it can also break down the organic substance, generate the hydroxide free radicels to convert the organic substance in to carbon dioxide and reach the purpose of removing TOC. The 253.7 µm UV lamp adopted can sterilize more quickly and effectively.

O₃is the isomers of oxygen. It is a kind of unstable lavender gas with strong fishy smell at normal temperature and there is a kind of ‘clean’ smell when minim. The ozone oxidation-restore potential in the water is 2.07V,in the second place just next to fluorin (F₂, 2.87V), higher capacity than chlorine dioxide (CLO₂, 1.50V) in oxidize the cell enzyme and kill the bacteria. Therefore the device has the advantages as follow:
