Juice extractor machine's main structure is helix. The diameter of helix increases gradually down the exit of dregs while the thread pitch decreases gradually. When the materials are pushed by the helix, the materials are screwed with the reduces of volume.

Description of brusher rinsing machine

This machine is using oxygen increasing pump to bubble pure water, and make the orange rolling under the conveyor, and make the orange clean, meantime using the air rubbel and brusher, remove hair and grit inside the orange, and also this machine equipped with a water recycle tank, in front part of this machine using recycle water bubble washing, and the after section using pure water showing type, the pure water washing section’s water consumption is 0.6T/h.

2, Double roller selector

This machine composed by stainless steel roller , Orange keeping moving under the roller conveyor, meantime the orange is running at 360 circle. Can highly improve the efficiency of orange selecting, the operator can selector the bad oranges to the side of container which put beside this machine, and under the roller selector, there is a turnover container will collect the orange through the interspace of roller.

This machine works continuity, and temperature equil, and temperature control automatically,speed adjusted by frequency conversion, very low air consumtion, hot water recycle,fizz water mixing, and easy maintain and other excellency, it is a idea machine for fruit processing equipments.

4, single way extractor

Motor driving the belt transmission, made the scrape plank tail-wagging which installed on the shaft, whenthe cracked fruit through the feeding mouth of inside of machine,plate of plasm block make the product deliver to scrape plank and griddle screen equably,because of scrape plank’s circumgyrate and transmit corner’s function, the product is flowing on side of cylinder, the floating track is twist, product is scraped under the scrape plank and cylinder because of the centrifugal force, liquid and flesh (like plasm)is feeding to the next procedure through the sieve pore(if buy double way extractor, then the procedure repeat again) and skin and seed is ejected from taphole path, then reach the autoamtically seperatly purpose, only need to change the different size of griddle meshwork and scrape plank and adjust the guide corner’s dize, can change the beating speed and reach the satisfied purpose.
