JRF Series Indirect Coal Combustion Hot Air Furnace

Main Application:

The furnace is the versatile hot air equipment.It is widely used with dryers for various material,such as grain,seed,fruits,de-watering vegetable,mushroom,edible,fungus,tremella,tea,tabacco leaf,farming products,food,medicine,chemical raw material,tight and heavy industrial products.

Operating Principle:

The furnace combines the combustion with the heat exchange,using the latest indirect heating technology that the heat exchange is taken place at the position of the high temperature in the furnace.The smoke and the air go into the different channels,without any pollution for the heating.The heat efficiency rate is high(up to 60-70%).The temperature increase fast.The furnace is small in size in the installation.It is reliable in the operation and costs less comparing with boiler.
