JP60-P Automatic plastering machine

The universal worm pump for ready-mix dry and wet mortar out of a bag or silo. The JP60-P is a modular system. The basis for this is a powerful worm pump with a performance of up to 60 l/min. The TM version also has an added-on plate mixer for its own mixes, the CM has a continuous mixer for dry ready-mix mortar. Suitable for: materials up to 6 mm grain, e.g. ground coat plasters and insulating plasters, rough coat and textured plasters, trowel plaster, adhesive bonded joint, masonry mortar, refractory mortar, sealing suspensions, injection mortar, filling and anchoring mortar, dispersion plaster, fiber mortar, fibreglass concrete, bonding mortar, floor screed – infinitely variable according to material from approx. 7 l/min to 60 l/min.

1. JP60-P is added air compressr om JP60-S which can do plaster and pump mortar or fireproofing or fiberglass mortar etc.

2. Make vibrating motor on JP60-P to avoid oer lager grain size to block delivery hose and spraying gun.

3. JP60-P has been used for 3years in Mexcio and Philipines for plastering motar.
