Preheating type cyclonic gas furnace introduction

Preheating Type Cyclonic Gas Furnace is a new burning equip planned and manufactured by our factory. It has been certificated by ISO 9001 and European CE Quality Control System, and exported to more than 40 countries.

Preheating type cyclonic gas furnace is new burning equipment designed and manufactured by our factory, which including six own intellectual patents. It is consisted of furnace body, primary air fan, inner circumfluence air-adding valve, air-adding valve, pipes, explosion valve, burner and control burning system. Its technical characteristics are as follows:

1. Wide range of burning materials: liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas, coke oven gas, producer gas, blast furnace gas and fix gas.
2. Burner matching is flexible which can adjust fuel and air quantities with infinitely variable control automatically and continuously, sweep automatically, and has programmed ignition system, also can equip simple nozzles results in economically and appropriately.
3. It has simple structure, flexible installation, small volume, inner refractory deposition, short term of construction and simple infrastructure. The furnace also can be moved when installing a lifting beam.
4. Steady heat supply and widely adjustable heating capacity. Adding-air value has installed on gas pipeline, heating air temperature can be adjusted. The second, third and forth air through internal-external interlayer of furnace shell into burner, which can cool furnace and prolong the usage life of furnace liner, reduce heat loss. Furthermore, it also can make more steady of burning when use low-caloric value gas.
5. Heat air is controlled by negative pressure, inner circumfluence air-adding value supply quantity of air. A little of combustible gas stay in furnace, it is easy to use air-value and blower out of the furnace, which can assure safety of lighting and reliable running furnace.
6. Its thermal and power control has various modes; range control, local intervening,local control and centre control and so on. There are so much choice can apply to the customers. They can satisfy various working requirement as well. It can be used as drying, baking and smelting for industries such as cement, chemical, metallurgy and so on.
