FAQ

Guarantee time: 12 months after the machine leaves factory.

Delivery time: Within 25 days for the standard pump after receipt of prepayment.

Payment: 30% prepayment by TT on signing the contract and 70% balance should be paid by TT before shipment.

Trade term: Normal is FOB Qingdao, but CFR or CIF is also ok for us. If you want them, kindly confirm us your destination port.

Quality and service: The concrete pump is manufactured according to national standard GB/T13333-91, which can be used for your check.
