General Description:

JD-550 pulley wire drawing machine can reduce speed by four cylindrical bevel gears across triangle belt, and achieve specific speed by this way. The arrangements of the full group can be 2-10 sets machine. It can drawing ferrous metal wire and some non-ferrous metal wire. Operation:

Pointing the ready wire, and put it in the mold located in the mold case. There should some drawing lubrication powder in the case. Put the wire end into the wire grabber. Press the first or second coiling block, and remove the grabber after the wire drew some length. Cross the wire in the pulley and after all equipments ready, switch on the completion coiling block the the third, second, first coiling block
