Hydraulic system of constant temperature and pressure

This newest design has no overflow after reaching preset pressure which can kiip the oil temperature lower than 60°c even if the machine runs at 24 hours a day without any pause, this will also guarantee the long life of hydraulic parts, machine reliability and save heat enery: however ,as a comparison, the traditional design, which has no change on flow after oil pressure reaches the preset value and overflow is controlled by overflow valve, might destroy the hydraulic oil compositions and increase oil temperature obviously

programmable control systeim (plc)

High-speed pulse output control on multi-shaft is realized by japn OMRON PLC sytstem, which can process 6 times more basic commands to CPM2A and 26 times faster on MOV commands. These functions enable the machine more compacted and more accurate in operation.

Spindle box

Japan NSK branded oil-lubricated taper roller bearing can satisty requirements of heavy cutting load and overall rigidity. Oil lubrication between spindle and bearing is maintained during all the rotating time, so the bearing temperature is much decreased and bearing life is improved significantly.

Multiple counters

Japan Panasonic counters are adopted by the machine to accurately count how many pcs of rings cut by one insert tool and further control the consumption of inserts and ring consistency. The various counters also have function of alarming if improper action is taken at preset number counted as well to count rings cut per shift or machine etc.

AUtomatic lubrication ofr slide track

All the slide tracks are equipped with minimum oil detecting device which will give alarm when the lubrication oil is below minimum level and stop the machine till oil is re-fulled. This can avoid possible un-oiled hard friction and guarantee the machine life.
