Operating Principle for ball bill

Ball millconsists of a horizontal cylindrical shell, provided with renewable wearing liners and grinding medium—steel balls. In the low-speed rotating shell, steelballscling to the liner under the influence of inertia and friction. Then they will be taken to a certain height and thrown down as a result of the gravity and centrifugal force. In this process, the materials continuously dropped from one end of the cylinder will be smashed by the balls. In addition, both the balls and materials will be rolling and sliding irregularly together. Therefore, the materials will become finer and finer.
