Detailed Product Description of Rotary Kiln:

Rotary kiln belongs to building material equipment, which can be divided into cement kiln, metallurgy chemical kiln and lime kiln according to different materials.
Cement kiln is used for making of cement clinker and there are dry and wet methods to make cement. metallurgy chemical kiln is used in metallurgy industry and ironworks for lean iron ore, chromium ore and ferronickel ore calcimine. Rotary kiln is used for calcimine of high aluminum vandal ochre in refractory material industry; for calcimine of calotte and aluminum hydroxide in aluminum manufacturer; for claiming of chrome sand ore and chrome powder ore in chemical plant.

Application of Dry process cement rotary kiln

1. Cement rotary is mainly used to calcining cement clinker, including two types ,drying production cement kiln and wetting production cement kiln .
2. The metallurgy chemical rotary is mainly used for baking poor iron magnetization, chromium, and nickel iron oxide in metallurgy industry ;alumina bauxite mine in refractory and clinker ,aluminum hydroxide in aluminum plant ; chrome ore sand and powder and other ore materials in the chemical plant
3. Lime kiln (active lime kiln ) is used for backing active lime and light-burned dolomite in steel plants and aluminum plants.
