Introduction of pellet making line

1. Flow chart:

1).Crusher (to crush the materials into sawdusts or powders);

↓

2).Dryer (to remove the moisture in materials till it get to the level of 8% - 13%);

↓

3).Pellet mill (to press the materials into pellets, with sizes from 2 - 30mm, up to you);

↓

4).Cooling machine (to cool down the output pellets and remove some moisture);

↓

5).Sieving machine (to remove the dusts and broken pellets);

↓

6).Packing machine (to put the pellets into bags of required sizes).

2. Processing materials:

Peanut-shell, Sugarcane Bagasse, Caster Shells/Stalk, Saw dust, Coffee Husk,

Paddy Straw, Sunflower Stalk, Cotton Stalks, Tobacco waste Mustard Stalk, Jute

waste, Bamboo Dust, Tea waste, Wheat Straw, Palm husk, Soybeans husk, Coir
