2.Working principle ofdust collector price

1.Filtering principle:

Dusty air enter the collector through air intake,and when it passes the ash bucket,the large dust particles will be separated br inertial force and fall in the as bucket directly.

The dusty air enters the filtering area with filter-bag in middle box after the ash bucket,and through the filter-bag,the dust will collect out of the filter bag.The purified air will enter the upbox body and discharged through air outtake.

2.Principle or removing ash:

The filterbag is applied compressed air to remove the ash.Dedusting system is compossed by air pocket,blowing pipe and electromagnetic pulse valve and so on.

There is a blowing pipe in the top of exit of every tier in every filtering room and there is blowing mouth opposite the filterbag center.

There is a blowing valve connected with the compresssed air bag in every blowing pipe.

With the filtering work going on,

The dust in filtebag will be more and more and when the resistance of the dust collector reaches the limitation,

The dust removing device will open the electromagnetic pulse valve,and the compressed air will pass every valve in sequence,and by the nozzle in the blowing pipe

It will induce several times air more than jet air mount into the filter-bag.And the filter-bag will swell and distort to vibrate and form reversed air flow from inner to outer,and then the dust in the appearance of bag will be removed and fall into the ash bucket.

Now that the dust removing work is finished,the electromagnetic pulse valve will shut down automatically.

3.Dust collecting work:

After filtering and dedusting work,the dust all falls into the ash bucket,and then will be exhausted by a spiral conveyor through the dust-discharging valve.
