1. working principle

   1^st,in dry area, filter cake continues being dehydration under conditions of vacuum till reach the demand of production

   2^nd,dried cake is downloaded by the scraper in the discharge area, and then is sent to concentrated sand pool or transported to the place where need it by conveyor belt

   3^rd,filter plate enter de-watering area at last when it is discharged. Water after filtered flowed into filter plate through distributing head. Particle in de-watering filter plate hole is dewatered down. The description as above is the whole line of filtration.

   4^th,ultrasonic cleaning: filter media work recycle via some time, generally speaking 8 to 12 hours. In order to keep filter plate micro-hole flowed, cleaning with ultrasonic & chemical material about 45 to 60 minutes. Then some other solid material sticked in filter plate that is not dewatered is completely removed from filter media to make sure the high efficiency of operation.
