·The frame is made from steel structure, fixed by bolts and nuts. The ladder is placed on machine top, in the middle there is a

path for workers, and have protective barrier.
·The drum is made of casting steel, after treatment the hardness HRC 58~62, the drum is fixed on the vertical shaft.
·The wire is falling from top center, the drum is fixed, wire guiding roller is rotating.
·Each take-up unit is controlled and drived separately by motor.
·There is a rotating and oblique pan fixed on the trolley, each pan is drived by a AC frequency motor, and with speed reducer. The

pan is rotating slowly, the reach quincunx effect take-up, with big weight.
·There is wire accumulation device, can be replace the coil without stopping the take-up machine.
·Operating panel: the machine can be stared or stopped by single, or by total, controlled separately.
