Usage:

1.This equipment can produce pipe bending range:outer diameter 108mm~1420mm,wall thickness 5mm~120mm,

Specific data as shown in the following table.

2.Bend pipe bending radius≥3,according to user needs ,it will be bend any angles within a certain range.

3.The equipment adopts the raw materials for steel pipe:Rolled seamless steel pipe, welded steel pipe and rolled

steel pipe.

Remarks:

1.This equipment with maximum pressure 21MPa and hydraulic oil L-HM(antiwear hydraulic oil 46#)

2.If the wall thickness increased, such as steel cylinder thrust and intermediate frequency power supply power increases accordingly.

3.The main oil cylinder move distance according to the diameter and bending radius of the bend.(Provided by the user)

Thyristor medium frequency power supply ,mediumfrequency heating coil,compensating capacitor, the water blocking power cables ,electric reactor, the above products must be cooled with circulating water .Customer should bringalong their own circulating water cooling system,we can supply the reference drawings

Ancillary equipment :steel pipe end notch band saw, steel test equipment,this two parts individually by the user.
