Introduction:

CTT series intensity adjustable magnetic separator machine is a kind of new-type patented product, which is designed and developed by our technical personnel based on years’ on-site experience combining modern mining technique. This kind of machine can be widely used in various mining occasions.

Features:

1. The magnetic field intensity is adjustable.

The magnetic system is wholly composed of NdFeB rare earth magnets and ferrite magnets, with a 200º magnetic wrap angle. In 100º position of the ore discharge area, free-gradient adjustment for the magnetic field intensity can be achieved through our unique patented structure design, which can increase the iron ore concentrate grade and control iron ore loss. This equipment can adapt to different ore sources and reach customers’ requirements for the iron ore concentrate grade.

2. Faster rotary speed and high efficiency.

The rotary speed of the drum is 40~90 r/min, which is 20%-50% faster than that of ordinary drum magnetic separator. So compared with ordinary drum magnetic separator with same specifications, its raw ore processing efficiency is 30%-50% higher, which can lower the user investment and reach much higher efficiency.

3. Wide range of applications.

According to different iron ore characteristics and on-site conditions, this equipment can be designed into different models, such as dry separation, upper wet separation, lower wet separation, etc.
