JGZY-1000 Shaftless Transmission High Speed Gravure Paper Printing Machine is droved by the international advanced High Closed Loop Servo Motor and controlled by PLC, human machine interface controls the whole working process with overprint tracker display system.

Main technical parameter:

1.Main motor is droved by the international advanced High Closed Loop Servo Motor and controlled by PLC in unwinding tension and printing speed( low speed and full burthen to start, automatic increase speed);
2. Unwinding adopts double shaft turning and winging center unwinding method, high speed to change roll without reducing speed , automatic cutting, unwinding tension adopts vector inverter motor to control automatically( foreign PLC mould controlling ,wimble tension);max unwinding diameter :1000mm;
3. Unwinding rectifying system adopts trolley type automatic pneumatic rectifying equipment, rectifying journey: ±100mm,deviation rectifying precision: ±0.5mm;
4. Unwinding tension range: 12~50kg( full breadth burthen), unwinding tension precision : ±0.5kg(full breadth precision);
5. The main transmission of printing adopts nine groups servo controlling system( can increase or reduce ,also can be set one group pressing and one group punching), shaftless transmission (electrical roller)
6.Printing material:70~350gsm roll base paper and so on;
