Introduction

1,This machine is continuous production of a industrial emulsification equipment, efficient, fast, evenly on the emulsion, suspension, aerosols and particulate material crushing, mixing, dispersion and emulsification.

2,Rotor and stator structure of the pump cavity is provided with a 3 2-6 layer mosaic.

3,When working, the rotor drives the cavity material high-speed rotating centrifugal force to form a vacuum region greatly, make the uneven or larger particles of multiphase material suction chamber.

Main Features

a.Inline High-shear Emulsifier consists of three sets of precision engineered stator and rotor inside the chamber.

b,The strong centrifugal forces generated by the high speed rotation rotor absorb the materials into the working chamber of the rotor and stator from axial direction.

c.All the materials dispersed, sheared and emulsified by the three sets of multi-layers Stator & Rotor and then ejected from the axial direction.

d,Stable finished products with high quality are produced after one time circulation.

e,It is characterized in short distance and low head.
