2.feeding systems:

1.Insert type of feeding structure
Advantages
* to finish printing the whole roll of media after being loaded without any worry about the feeding problems;
* to avoid the media going askew and ensure the same printing length;
* it is the standard feeding structure of large world famous printing machines;
* to save worry about attending on printing for the operators.

Disadvantages
* it needs more room for inserting the roll into the media;
* it needs two or more operators to finish the inserting job;
* it brings more workload for small amount of printing job by replacing the media frequently.

Requirements for workspace and printing jobs
* Printing job requires high quality and precise combination;
* Mass-produce printing of large pictures without any misalignment of the media during printing.

2.Deposited mode by holding media with 2 rollers
Advantages
* the simple operation is the standard feeding structure of Chinese small printers;
* it is available for loading and unloading the media in small workspace.
Disadvantages
* the media will corrugate on the downside and rear side or move left/right during printing, so it needs operators to correct the media position regularly;
* It will cause more workload for the operators.
Requirements for workspace and printing jobs
* it is workable for small amount of printing jobs by replacing the media frequently;
* small workspace.

3.Deposited mode by dragging media with 3 rollers
Advantages
* it has all advantages of deposited mode with 2 rollers after be improved from that mode;
* all of three rollers have momentum with the gear linkage so as to avoid wheel-spin of the media;
* the feeding quality has been improved obviously and the disadvantages of deposited mode with 2 rollers can be avoided in some degree;
* it saves worry for the operators.
Disadvantages
* the precision of printing long pictures will be worse than that of insert mode

* it is workable for small or medium amount of printing jobs by replacing the media frequently
* small workspace

3.Secondary ink tank with ink circuit heating system
To ensure normal printing in winter with low temperature ,no need the air-conditioning heating to save electricity.

4. Unique ink stack printhead protection system
1). When printhead surface level is higher than the secondary ink tank, the cleaning solvent will flow into the printhead, so that cleaning solvent immersed the printhead for protection ;
2). The ink stack is independent to avoid ink mixing,after starting the machine, just press out the remaining cleaning solvent, then the machine can start to print, this also can save the ink when starting the machine, save ink;
