High quality compression module

Oil-free scroll compression process is finished with rotary motion of the static vortex disk and dynamic vortex disk.

Air enter into the air end from the outside of the air end then the dynamic vortex disk closed.With the dynamic vortex disk rotation ,the air is being compressed continually and the compressed oil-free air is discharged from the center of static vortex disk

It is a continuous repetitive process, so the discharged compressed air is continuous with no fluctuations.

Clean oil-free compressed air

There is no contact between metal and metal,and the compression cavity does not need the lubricating oil,so the high quality oil-free compressed air is ensured fundamentally.

Besides, the air end of the unit is driven by the belt. No need to oil it, so this further ensured the clean oil free compressed air.
