Product Details:

The main shaft of BS - K flotation machine is hung at the side of the frame. With a light structure and good perpendicularity, it’s easy to install. With cone-shaped cross section of the impeller and radiation-shaped stator, the machine is featured with wear resistance, long service life and powerful agitating force. “U” shaped tank reduces ores accumulated at the bottom of the tank and has features like proper structure, good stability, low installed power and energy consumption and easy to start. With compressed air filled in, air bubbles disperse uniformly and the foam is stale so as to insure the good suspension of material grain and recovery rate.
The product can be divided into several units, such as single-tank, double tank, three tanks, four tanks, five tanks and six tanks, etc. since the product has no ability of imbibing the ore pulp and air spontaneously, the flow of ore pulp needs terrace arrangement, and the return of the foams depends

Remark:

Please specify the model and quantity as well as flotation flow sheet as following while ordering:

1. Feeding mode and configuration scheme

2. Quantity of scrapers and mode of drive (right drive and left drive)
3. Quantity of feeding chambers, intermediate chambers and crude ore chambers.
* There is no motor starting device equipped when out of factory.

The flashboard will be made according to the manufacture’s drawings and the electric driven flashboard will be adopted for large-scale flotation machine.
