At the same time, the working medium can be recycle used during the sterilization process, thus to save time and energy.

The chamber of the pot is equipped with four removable sensors, which can monitor both the F value of the food center and the heat distribution in the pot at all times, perfect pressure control during the whole sterilization process, to ensure the lowest degree of deformation for the package.
