Dual density crystal shoe machine works automatically,it can rotate all by itself. the machine will produce jelly shoes with two color,one color material put in one hopper,and another color material put in another hopper,when the machine begin to work,the material will become molten and mixed, then the material will be injected in the die cavity,when we open the mould,we will get the whole shoe.

Features

This machine is specifically used for producing shoes soles, shoelaces, crystal slippers which are made of single and double colors TR/PU/TPU/TPR/PVC material that will not create bubbles. It is the most ideal high efficient injection forming machine shoes at present.

1. This machine adopts fully automatized operation, with fully auto mould opening design which will save labor work and control accurately.

2. Hydraulic motor drive the bolt, multiple sectional pressures and multiple sectional speed controls the shooting system.

3. Charging barrel heater adoptes independent 4 sectional type to insure melting quality.

4. Full automatic material transferring control system, production mould station could be freely open and closed.

5. A strong mould locking mechanism is set in mould clamping system; it can be used for producing large size mould or plastic products which demands very high shooting pressure.

6. 2 sectional speed to drive the round plate, stable and fast.

7. This machine adopts high –performance computer control, industrial level human and machine interface.

8. Adopt high technical oil pressure loop design, and combine the feature of the proportional type pressure flow valve to exert high speed,safe, low noise efficiency ,bring up best system operation efficiency.
