Characteristics

1. Full-automatic PLC control, it can display temperature and temperature curve, on selecting recorder, it can display the control chart of implementation of components and engineering operation form.

2. The steam valve is imported from Japan, and temperature controls accurately, reliable operation, the entire cabinet temperature difference less than 1 °C.

3. The rotation speed of fan is 3000r/m, maximum wind speed can be up to 25 m/s, it can effectively guarantee the product temperature uniformity during the baking process.

4. Smoke generator using wood pellet fuming, smoke stability, color fast, and the smoke enters into the cabinet is very clean.

5. This machine has the function of baking, drying, cooking, cold smoked, hot smoked and cooling, users can choose the appropriate technology process according to the different requirements of processing technology, to achieve the purpose of sterilization and full-automatic control.

6. The machine is equipped with high pressure pipeline pump, it is used for washing dirt of plate and smoke tube, and it have all kinds of angle of nozzles in the disc pipe and the flue.

7. The equipment consists of smoked box , automatic program controller , smoke generator and smoked carts four parts. The key parts are the steam pipe, heat exchanger and gas channel makes up perfect circulation system,
