Work principle:

Under a certain pressure, there is a big discrepancy of diffusion rate between oxygen and nitrogen due to

principle of dynamic, most of oxygen molecules are absorbed in short time and nitrogen molecules are

enriched in gas phase, hence oxygen and nitrogen are separated finally.

Since the absorbing capacity of carbon molecular sieve against oxygen is changing under different pressure, oxygen molecules can be released when reducing pressure, and the carbon molecular sieve can be recycled

to get high quality nitrogen.

System flow charge:

Purification system: Efficient oil-eliminating device, refrigerated type dryer, activated carbon adsorber etc.

Absorbing system: buffer air tank, absorber, valve and controller etc.
