Closed cooling tower :

Working fluid(water,oil o other liquid) i flowing inside of the coils,which is enwrapped by spray water on the outside. The heat of water is transferred by coil and become the saturated vapor when meet the water and air. Teh heat is exhausted out of the tower by the tower by the top fan; water is collected back to the bottom tank and circulates continuously. Teh spray water is cooled down via PVC radiation fin in the process of circulation, and flows n the same direction with the fresh wind. The coil mainly takes sensible heat travel style. The most benefit of this style is can avoid scale formation on the outside of th coil. And this will apply especially to dealing with high temperature fluid (e.g. 60°C) or the fluid need big temperature difference (e.g. 60°Cto 35°C).

III. Industrial Closed Circuit Cooling Tower Outstanding Features:
a. Avoiding scaling
For themixed flow closed cooling tower, the inlet air, outlet air and spray water all flow in the same direction, then the spray water will be able to surround and wet the external pipe wall completely, can prevent forming dry point in pipe bottom easily like the counter-flow type cooling tower, the scaling is formed at the dry point because of too high for the water temperature.
The pipe coil scaling is often caused from too much high spray temperature. The PVC radiator fin is used to reduce water temperature, lower water temperature makes calcium and magnesium ions not easy to adhere to the tubes and avoid the fouling.
Mixed flow closed cooling tower, its heat exchange way is exchanging the sensible heat of the pipe surface and latent heat of heat absorption pipe wall , such heat exchange mode is helpful to prevent fouling.
