Description of rotary kiln dryer:

·On the basis of taking and absorbing the APV ANHYDRO A/S technology and soul of the same kind domestic drier, our factory and APV have developed this machine.

· This is a new kind of drying equipment used for drying the materials, such as paste state, filter cake state, thermal sensitive powder and particles.

· Our factory is equipped with the test sample machine, which can be used for carrying out the drying tests of various feeds for our users and for supplying the data and for helping the type selection.

Working Principles:

1.Wet materials were sent to the hopper by belt conveyor or bucket elevator and through hopper feeding pipe are sent to the inside.

2.Adjust to the feeding pipe slope so that the wet materials can flow smoothly down the cylinder dryer, dryer cylinder is located in a slope.

3.The materials are sent here from higher end and the heat is sent here from the lower end, thus the materials and the heat will fully contact because of the gravity force.

4.During the materials moving forward in the cylinder, are directly and indirectly dried by the heater and are sent to the discharge feeder by with the rotation of the cylinder, the materials flow down the lower the belt conveyor or spiral conveyor.
